
Frequently Asked Questions
- I lost my password.
- Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" button on the lower right of the log in screen. Your password will automatically be sent to the e-mail address you used when creating your Homelink account.
- I lost my verification code.
- Due to security issues, we do not provide verification codes over the phone or in e-mail. You will need to visit your child's school with a photo ID to recieve the verification code.
- How do I add my other children to my Homelink account?
- If you have more than one student in any of the schools in Center Uniifed School District, you can add them to your Homelink account that you created when you put in your first student. Log into your account, and on the top right of the screen is a dropdown list labeled "Current Student". Click the entry for "Add additional Student Not Currently Listed". Use the Verification Code and Student ID (supplied by each child's school) along with your home phone to add teh additional student.
- Do I have to setup a new account every year?
- No, once you set up an account for a child, it lasts for the entire enrollment with Center Unified School District. however, if a child dis-enrolls for a peiod of time and then returns the enw account process may need to be repeated.
- How current is the information shown in HomeLink?
- The information is real time. As soon as data is posted to the database, you can see it.
